3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active petron77 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, petron77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and to forfeit any balances or winnings held therein.
3.2 Your Account credentials — including your username and password — are personal and confidential. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. petron77 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3.3 You must notify petron77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
3.4 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party. petron77 Accounts are non-transferable.
3.5 You may request the closure of your petron77 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4 and satisfaction of all outstanding KYC requirements.
4.1 All deposits to and withdrawals from petron77 Accounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). petron77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.
4.2 Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other methods as displayed in the petron77 cashier from time to time. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument is not registered to the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
4.3 petron77 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed within the cashier interface and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. petron77 may request supporting identity and source-of-funds documentation prior to processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
4.5 Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. petron77 endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may be subject to the procedures of the receiving financial institution.
